Please Note: If you make it to a Rest Stop after the closing time, for your safety, we may ask you to be shuttled by our SAG team.

FRIDAY

4:00 – 5:00 pm Friday evening volunteers begin to arrive
5:30 – 9:00 pm Registration open for cyclists who are camping Friday night.
BYO dinner or go to nearby restaurant after registering.
(Note: no campstoves allowed)
9:00 – 9:30 pm Sitting and dharma talk
9:30 pm Rest. Quiet hours begin

SATURDAY

5:45 – 6:30 am Registration and gear drop
6:30 – 7:15 am Bell Rings, Group Sit, Opening ceremony
7:15 am Announcements
7:30 am Riders depart
8:10 – 9:15 am Rest Stop #1 open (approximately 12 mile mark)
9:30 – 11:30 am Rest stop#2 open (31 mile mark)
11:00 – 12:30 pm Lunch open (45 mile mark)
12:00 pm Dhamma talk during lunch
1:00 – 2:30 pm Rest Stop #3 open (61 mile mark)
2:00 – 4:30 pm Rest Stop #4 open (71 mile mile)
6:00 pm Route Closes – all riders in camp
6:00 – 7:00 pm Bell Rings, Dinner
6:30 – 7:30 pm Dinner cleanup (7-8 extra volunteers requested)
7:30 – 9:00 pm Evening Program (Guided Sit, Dhamma Talk, Announcements)
9:00 pm Rest

SUNDAY

6:00 – 6:30 am Morning meditation (optional)
6:45 – 7:15 am Breakfast; Gear Truck open for drop-off
7:15 am Announcements; Day Two Route Sheets distributed
7:30 am Riders depart
8:30 – 10:00 am Rest Stop #1 open (15 mile mark)
9:30 am – 12:00 pm Rest Stop # 2 open – (24 mile mark)
10:30 – 1:45 pm Rest Stop #3 open (35 mile mark)
11:00 am Snack Lunch Available at Aloka Vihara (early riders)
11:45 am Meal Offering to Nuns
12:30 pm Lunch Buffet for Pilgrims Opens
3:00 – 3:30 pm Closing ceremony (Pilgrims assist with clean up)
4:15 pm Depart back to the start point or home
6:15 pm Arrive and unload gear, bikes, baggage, good-byes, etc and leave for home
