| The start of our training ride on May 25th 2008 from the Berkeley Monastery. We started with 1 hour of meditation that encompassed stretching, breathing, sitting, standing and walking meditation practices as well as affirmations. Charlie, Peter, Nathan, John (seated), Leon, Sally, Steve, Jason, Annie, Eileen(seated) (L-R). Riders converged from Sebastopol, San Francisco, Oakland, Richmond, and Berkeley to meditate and ride together. |
